This is why it’s hard to pick between a heartily spiced mashed potatoes and pork chops or spicy chips masala and pork fry. No craving can’t be settled with one bite of these luscious treats. They are quick to prepare, neat and tidy to eat. While there is a split in popularity of these finger licking beauties, in our DOPE CONVERSATION we vibe courtesy of MULSONS SPICES as we highlight two of the most favored comfort meals.  There is a plethora of preparation variations, but all of them ride on spices. Using Mulson spices to give more flavor to the dish guarantees the perfect bite.

SPICY MASHED POTATOES & PORK CHOPS

This Hearty pork and potatoes are not just a favorite pairing in British cuisine but makes for incredibly satisfying comfort food. In this recipe, spicing the creamy mashed potatoes with black pepper makes a perfect bed over pan-seared pork chops—coated with the warm flavors of fennel, coriander and tender kale. The spiced fried Pork Chops are crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy on the inside. Fresh peas, brightened up and complete this delicious, simple meal with a flavorful kick. Deliciousness at its best!

CHIPS MASALA AND FRIED PORK

This Pork masala Fry recipe is a “must” dish.  One of the scrumptious delicacies you can have in Kenya. Stir fried Pork with chilies, Pork with spicy chips masala. It all slaps different. The secret lies in the Mulsons spices marinated pork with little salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, meat masala, black pepper and chilly pepper. A perfect combo and exceptional at the least.
