Instructions
Pour 50ml London Dry Gin and 125ml bitter lemon into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Squeeze a lemon wedge and drop into glass and serve.
Garnish with another lemon wedge.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Strain into a tall glass.
Top up with 100ml soda water.

25ml Brandy
25ml Lemon Juice
1 strip Lemon Zest

Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.
Pour 25ml Gordons- London Dry Gin, 25ml Orange Liqueur, 25ml brandy and 25ml fresh lemon juice into the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
Snap a lemon wedge to release the flavouring oils, and then drop into the drink.
Garnish with a thin strip of lemon peel zest.
