Eggs are one of the best foods you can have for breakfast. It is also a good way to kick off your day, as they give a good amount of protein to your body early in the morning. Additionally, eggs drive away hunger till lunch.

How do you prepare this? Well, all you have to do is simply keep a non-stick pan on heat and slick it with some oil.

Crack open one egg directly into the pan. Now let the egg settle and take shape.
Don’t spread it or move the pan, as this will disturb the shape of the sunny-side up dish. Spice up with salt, pepper, garlic powder and let it cook.
Later, cover it with a lid and let the egg cook. Let it cook for a while, depending on how soupy or how cooked you want the yolk to be. Once done, paired up with grilled bread for the best combo.

Steamed eggs are easy to prepare. You need to crack open 4 eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves. Make sure you add 2-3 chopped spring onions. Now mix everything together. Take a round steel container with a lid. Grease it lightly with oil and pour the egg mixture in it. Cover with a lid properly. Now boil some water in a pot. Gently place the steel box in the pot and let it boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, open the lid and take out the egg cake from the box. Chop into pieces and serve.


Most people love omelette. Omelette are prepared by crack opening two eggs in a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes along with salt and pepper as per taste.


Additionally, stir everything to mix everything. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle it with oil. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly. Let it cook from one side until golden in colour. Now flip and cook from the other side as well. It is going to be yummy.

Poached eggs

Some people love runny eggs. They can be paired with stir-fried veggies and make for a wholesome breakfast. To make poached eggs, first fill a pot with water and let it comes to a boil. Now mix 1-2 tbsp of vinegar in it. Crack open an egg into a small bowl.

Now gently drop the egg into the pot and you will notice it will quickly take shape. The egg white’s colour will shift from translucent to white within a few seconds. Cook for about 3-4 minutes and take out the poached egg from the water using a slotted spoon

Boiled eggs

Boil some water and put some eggs in the water. Now cover with a lid and let the eggs boil for about 10-12 minutes.

Once done, transfer them to a bowl of cold water and let them sit for two minutes. Now crack open the eggs to get perfectly boiled eggs. Season with salt, pepper and serve.
