To achieve the gastronomic selection of the highest quality for all tastes, Mbuzi munch have taken it to task to ensure only a free range & compassionately raised young animals with a maximum weight of 13kgs are picked for BBQ. This guarantees the succulence and tenderness of the meat, a routine they dub- hard to beat.
Their classic formulae held by their chefs sees a special blend of herbs, sauces and flavors fused with the meat before being slowly barbequed. All their dishes are prepared daily from fresh ingredients and individually cooked.
Their vast Menu might look complex at a glance but once you start perusing it, it’s easy to pick your favorite. For the Mbuzi lovers, mbuzi leg Deluxe, serving 2-3 will cost you Ksh. 2,400, while the arm serving 2 comfortably, is Ksh.1,900. This succulent choma is well marinated and in every bite, you will relish the seasoning.
The Deluxe will then be finished in a pan with onions to accentuate all the flavor. The well-seasoned Choma Ribs and ugali retail at ksh. 950 while liver choma will cost you only Ksh. 500. Kuku lovers will also have a field day at Mbuzi munch.
