- 50ml Dewar’s 12yr
- 25ml yellow lemon juice
- 25ml Honey syrup
- Egg white
Garnish: Angosutra bitters and a lemon twist. Optionally, honeycomb as well.
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass. To make the honey syrup, mix 1 part honey to 1 part hot water and allow to cool.
