Ingredients
50ml Singelton 12-years old Single Malt Whisky , 30ml of raspberry puree, 15ml of honey, 30ml of fresh lime juice , Club soda, as needed, Orange twist and raspberries, for garnish
Methodology
- Combine the Singleton, puree, honey and lime juice in a glass.
- Stir well and add ice
- Top with club soda and garnish with the twist and raspberries.
