Ingredients
- 50ml Singelton 12-years old Single Malt Whisky
- 30ml of Ginger Syrup
- 20ml of fresh lemon juice
- Orange Peel and Raspberry
Methodology
- Combine the Singleton, syrup and lemon in an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake well and strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with the orange peel and a raspberry.
