5 Cocktails you should give a try

  1. JOHNNY’S RITUAL GIN & TONIC

Johnny’s Ritual is the perfect way to make a classic G&T with a serve of Whitley Neill London Dry Gin and a dash of tonic.

Ingredients

50ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin, 200ml Premium Tonic water, Half wheel of Orange or Lime and Rosemary, Large cubed ice

Instructions

1.Add Gin to a high ball glass (or large wine glass) filled with ice.

  1. Top up with tonic water
  2. Garnish with half wheel of orange or lime and sprig of rosemary.

 

  1. SERENGETI COLLINS

Sweet and luscious with a hint of honey. Made with Whitley Neill London Dry Gin and served with a slice of melon.

Ingredients

50ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin, 30ml Orange juice, 20ml Runny honey, Soda water, Cubed ice and Honeydew melon slice (For garnish)

Instructions

1.Add the Gin, juice and honey to a shaker with ice.

  1. Shake well and strain into a highball glass over more ice and top up with soda water.
  2. Garnish with a slice of honeydew melon

 

  1. AFRICAN SUNSET

Impressive twist on a sunrise cocktail, with fresh fruit juice and Whitley Neill London Dry Gin. Served in tall chilled glasses.

Ingredients

50ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin, 50ml Grapefruit juice, 50ml Mango juice, 100ml Orange juice, Cubed ice, Grapefruit slice and Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

1.Add Gin and juice to a large highball over ice.

  1. Stir gently to ensure that the contents are mixed correctly.
  2. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and clapped sprig of mint.

 

  1. THE ORIGINAL RED-HOT COCKTAIL

When you want something a bit spicier this gin cocktail, made with Whitley Neill London Dry Gin, is sure to please. Lime, chilli and mint!

Ingredients

40ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin, 20ml Blood orange juice, Lime Soda, Squeeze of fresh lime juice, Whole red mild chilli, Mint sprig and Cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high ball glass with lots of ice.
  2. To finish garnish of half a chilli and fresh sprig of mint.

 

  1. POMEGRANATE MARTINI

This refreshing Pomegranate Martini has a gorgeous garnet colour and is a must for lovers of flavoured martinis! A great drink reminiscent of the classic Cosmo.

Ingredients

60 ml pure pomegranate juice, 60 ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin, 2 tbsp Cointreau (or another orange liqueur), 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 tbsp lime juice and Orange twist to garnish

Instructions

1.Place your glass in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes.

  1. Measure all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds.
  2. Add more lime juice if you prefer a sharper taste or a bit more juice for a sweeter cocktail.
  3. Strain into your chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
