  • 2 Table spoons brown sugar
  • 2 Table spoons ground oats
  • 2 Table spoons aloe vera gel
  • 1 Table spoon of honey
  • 10 ml of lemon juice
  • 15 ml of almond oil

Mix all ingredients together and massage in a circular motion with your fingertips. Rinse with warm water. Best done after you take a shower.


Sea Salt and Sugar Scrub


  • 2 table spoons of sea salt.
  • 2 table spoons of raw sugar.
  • 1 table brown sugar.
  • Coconut oil.
  • Lavender scents, so the scrub has a calming aroma.

Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Perfect for use after a long hot day. Store in next to your shower and watch yourself get addicted to these simple yet so amazing scrubs.
